I get the "Ticket Access Denied" error
Please try accessing the ticket using the main admin account.
If you still get the same error message then this means the ticket is assigned to a customer that no longer exists in the system.
Things to check:
- Go to Settings > Advanced and look for ticket_default_customer_id - change this to 0 - or create a new generic "Ticket" customer and put this customer ID here.
- Go to Settings > Ticket > POP3/IMAP and make sure the "Default Customer" is set to something. You can create a new generic "Ticket" customer to assign all Tickets too.
To get access to these tickets that are already in your system please open phpMyAdmin and go to the ucm_ticket table and adjust the "customer_id" to 0 for those affected tickets.
