Where to find resolved Tickets?

I have created and resolved 2 tickets for a customer, but when I mark them as resolved, then I canĀ“t find them anywhere.

I have looked over that client ticket tab and under the general ticket tab but no results found.

In the ticket status drop down please select the first entry and then click search. This should show all tickets.

Alternatively please select “resolved” and it will only show resolved tickets.
