Tickets problem

Hi.

I’m testing the system and when a user sends me a ticket, system email me the response content for customer, not the ticket question of custumer:

Hello,

Thank you for your email. We will reply shortly.

Ticket sends in public external form.

 

Please try logging out of the system before sending a ticket when testing to see if that is different.

1. Have you modified the automatic ticket message templates ?

Make sure the short code {MESSAGE} is included in the template. Settings => Template Scroll down to tickets message templates

2. My guess is that you use the same email adress for the customer and admin

I logged out the system and admin not receive notification of new tickets. Have any config to activate or is a bug?
