Ticket Ordering in Backend

Is there a way to have the tickets in the backend to have the tickets appear with the newest tickets on top and priority tickets above them? Right now they are sorted oldest on top.

I think I was able to figure this out. In the settings/advanced I changed the Ticket order field to “first” instead of “last”.

Yep ticket_ordering can be either:

latest_message_last (default)

unread_first
