Ticket notification

Is there a feature where I as an admin or selected staff member can be notified when a customer submits a ticket? I have clients now using the system but I’m not aware that there’s open tickets.

When a user submits a support ticket an email will be sent to the administrator. To see where the email is getting sent please open up a support ticket and click the “more ยป” link above a ticket message. It will show the from/to email address.

The forum ‘General Support’ is closed to new topics and replies.
