Ticket Notification Emails

Currently we’re experiencing problems receiveing notifications when a client creates a ticket, but I’m not able to replicate the problem.

If the same customer create lots of tickets quickly it may not send a notification for each one.

I haven’t received any notifications though.

They created 3 tickets in a row.
