Hi Again,

Another Feature Request regarding the CRM Ticketing chart : As a customer manager, id love to manage how efficient is my ticketing answer team : that would be great to have on the Dashboard:

A chart that displays daily and monthly Open tickets vs resolved

A chart that displays open “ticket type” repartition

That would make UCM a killer CRM software
