Show unread ticket count in the menu item

For tickets, I have not read ticket for customer and the number of unread ticket count does not appear in the menu ticket, tab yet the “Show unread ticket count in the menu item” parameter is 1 ?

Thanks for letting me know, try the latest update, it should be fixed.

Or you can change the advanced setting ticket_show_summary_type from unread to total to show the total number of tickets in the menu item.

But, is there a setting to see only unread tickets ?
