After you have completed and submitted the enrollment form, the customer must receive your login to the portal.
the history of operations to be performed:
1 – the customer fill out and send the registration form;
2 – the administrator receives, examines, creates the password;
3 – the administrator, via a button in the contact form, must be able to send the new customer password for the first time.
This feature is already included in the system? If so, where?
I think it is essential.

Sorry, I forgot to tell you:
1 – The site administrator should have provided a button with which to create the new password to be sent to the customer. This is interesting? You decide. This could be useful also in the case in which the customer loses the password is requires a new password for access.
2 – If the customer changes e-mail address what to do?
2 – I need to contact customers for different reasons. I need to have a contact form on the contact page (customer). In this module, I have the opportunity to select the contact to contact (combobox) and an object (combobox). is it possible? What to do?
3 – The customer registration form also includes the creation of a job. OK, but if the client wants to create a work subsequent to the first why not give it a chance on the site to access the system without UCM? Why not have a second form on the site to create work for existing customers?
Sorry for all these questions. Despite having purchased the UCM system by just a few months now I’m doing the test.
Another important feature for me is to have a catalog of items in categories and subcategories.
My business is not to sell services in time (time), but a complete job.
If it were possible to use the system to UCM bills with a catalog would be the best. Increase sales of UCM.

I almost started a new thread before I saw this.
I need to import all my current clients and send them their login details and finally give them a place to access their FTP details.
Would this fall under this feature request?
Once an account is created – an email with the password should automatically be generated and sent to new user (with the ability to control the look of the email in templates).

Would be good if there could be another template that could be ammended, and when clicking a “send email” button in the contact details screen, it will automatically send the preset template with customer username/email and password and a link to the site.
Its been well over two years!!! EVERY other CRM/Project Management script out there offers this simple function. IT is time consuming to have to manually create and send an email to clients with their login details. If the idea behind your script is to make our lives easier, then what is the delay on this very simple request?
Lots of people have asked for it. Whats the hold up?
