When you put a ticket in private, all the staff assigned to the project customer can read the ticket, only the client can not read it.
Is it possible that the staff can not read private tickets?
In addition, the customer sees the ticket, but can not read it, but it has no message that the ticket is private and it is not allowed to read.

At this stage a private ticket is only designed for staff members to communicate issues or ask questions to eachother regarding a ticket, without the customer seeing the questions or getting emails about the staff messages.

It is not possible to keep a private message away from staff members, only customers.
