Latest Updates having issues

I tried to run an update a few days ago after the newsletter went out about some big changes. I hit the first button to Start the update but then the operation timed out. I never had the opportunity to complete that update. The I checked again and those updates weren’t available again. Just now I had a small update available and again, the update failed after selecting the components and starting the update. Is there anyway to reset all of that to try again? I never got to hit Complete update but now they’re not offered.
