Job Deposit not working

When I have open a job, I put in a deposit amount under “Job Deposit” and click “Create Deposit Invoice” – but it then reroutes me to the customer’s Invoices tab where it lists all invoices for the customer. No invoice was created.

Anyone have a fix for this?

I have just tried this on a few different UCM installations and it works, as well as on the live demo. Please submit an email support ticket with more details if this is still an issue.

I figured it out. It was because there was a “#” in the name of all the jobs I tested it on. Removing that resolved the issue. Thanks!
