I cannot setup CRM . :/ there is a message like this ?

“Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator to inform of the time the error occurred and of anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

What should I do ? Now Please help me

2) STEP ? (PROBLEM ) THERE IS A MESSAGE ” Internal Server Error”
Upload the “install.php” file to a NEW EMPTY directory on your website (eg: yourwebsite.com/admin/). Then visit this installer and follow the instructions (eg: yourwebsite.com/admin/install.php)

I follow the this stpes but when I was a second step when I was intasll there is a message ” Internal Server Error”

hi,
i got the same problem with the installation, i cant get past the first step.
i already created the DB and username for it.
after the error i check my ftp and there is a temp folder with a rar file called system and a folder also got created, if i remember correctly its called include.
am i doing something wrong ?? can i get any help ??
