If you try adding image in Invoice Print Template and then try to export ast PDF you will not see image on PDF but in WYSIWYG you do see it.

Please let me know how this can be fixed.

I’m having the same issue. When viewing the HTML, it looks fine, but the PDF version does not include the image (only a square box where the image is supposed to be seen) …

Could you please post a copy of the invoice html code? Or please try copying the invoice template into the online demo http://ultimateclientmanager.com/demo/ to see if the images display there as well?

Hi,

usually it’s because your image is in .png … try a jpg format, it will works 🙂

By the way there is a new bug… on the invoice_print template, when we click on restore default, then we can’t write html header code anymore !

I mean, it”s impossible to write this code, each time we save it diseppear :

<html>

<head>

<title>Invoice Print Out</title>

<meta http-equiv=”Content-Type” content=”text/html; charset=UTF-8″>

<style type=”text/css”>

body{

font-family:arial;

font-size:17px;

}

.table,

.table2{

border-collapse:collapse;

}

.table td,

.table2 td.border{

border:1px solid #EFEFEF;

border-collapse:collapse;

padding:4px;

}

.task_header{

background-color: #000000;

color:#FFFFFF;

}

</style>

</head>

<body>

(Just for info, i writed the html header code directly in the data base with phpmyadmin and it’s works for now…)

Please click restore default, then while the invoice template appears blank go and generate an invoice. The default HTML invoice template will be loaded into the system. Now you may go back and modify the default header html code. Glad you got it working via phpmyadmin!

Thanks again !!!!
