Hello!
When I try to open a Ticket or Client try to add a task to a Job no emails are sent to notify the event..

Any solutions?

Run cron jobs every 5 minutes. This way the system will trigger even when someone is not logged in. Otherwise check to make sure your email accounts are set up properly. Have you sent a test email? Oddly enough I use gmail for my domain email, I have one address that works with everything else but for some reason will not send out notifications with this system. I changed that email to something else aka info@bythebyte.ca to customer.support@bythebyte.ca and viola it works! This however is a problem with my host.
