Deleted Tickets get recreated

I have these two tickets:
I navigate to each of them, hit delete and confirm the deletion.
After the deletion, both tickets dissapear from the UI.

After the next cron run (every 15 minutes), they appear again:

Any help/hint/solution will be greatly appreciated!


Settings > Tickets > POP3/IMAP Accounts.

Make sure the account is set to delete the emails after importing them to the system (otherwise it will just keep re-creating the tickets).

The forum ‘General Support’ is closed to new topics and replies.
