Change Request - Email Notification

I recently entered in a test change request for one of my clients and everything worked perfectly up to the point in which I realized that all of my clients received the email notification regarding the change request.

I am trying to figure out which setting controls who actually receives the email notifications when a change request is submitted.

Any help would be appreciated.


Everybody who has “edit” permissions on Change Request will receive the email.
