There is some sort of bug in the Ticket System. I’m not sure if you have an area for bugs, but it would be good for me to have access of so because we will be DEDICATING our project to this product.

In the ticket message entry screen if you choose to save the eMail as a template that can be inserted later, it lets you put in the name, but when you try to pull it up later, the drop down menu says “UNDEFINED” and not the name you gave it.
