Access issues after incomplete upgrade

Hello,

I just upgraded the software today after a while but due to many items within the upgrade list, my server got a 501/505 error temporarily. When i refreshed the page, it came back to normal. However, the number of listed items within upgrade page was 1/3 compared to the initial list. I finished the upgrade with that short list and clicked “finish/complete” and everything went well.

But now it seems like my staffs can’t access any customer or ticket data despite of whatever access i provide them. Either those particular pages are empty or gives a permission error on blank page.

Is there any upgrade log kept within server that i (or you) can look at? So that we can revert the upgrade ( or revert unsuccessful upgraded items only)?
