Please send through an email support ticket with:

– a screenshot of the ticket account settings page
– a screenshot of the ticket messages (showing the to/from email addresses) within UCM.
– a screenshot showing the from/to email address when replying to an admin notification email.

We should be able to find out why this isn’t working and provide a quick fix.
