Sorry refunds are not possible with digital items.

The item is still installed and functional on your hosting account. Providing a refund would let you continue to use the software. That’s like you buying a t-shirt, not liking the color, getting a refund and then continuing to wear the t-shirt.

The item should have been tested in the live demo before purchase to ensure it had all required features. We are also happy to answer feature request pre-sale questions.

If there is a particular feature that isn’t working as expected please let me know and we can see if it’s possible to fix. Please open a new thread in “bug reports” for each new bug and we can investigate and resolve each one separately.
