Yep cron link/hash will be different for each install.

Maybe install thunderbird on your computer and setup IMAP Gmail account in it to see if you can login to that account from there. If it works in thunderbird it should work in ucm. Press the save and test button in ticket settings, don’t run the cron job until save and test displays a list of emails.
