In UCM Pro, Of course you can define access to those tabs for your client.
Create a specific user role and define which tabs they should have access to (view / edit / create)

Go To settings => user Role => create new role

Then when creating an access to your customer, just assign him/her the role that you created.

That’s it.

Go and check on the pro trial version, if you’re using free limited version.
