Yes, this does exist. You need to save the template as: email_template_nameoftemplate

For the “nameoftemplate” replace with what you want in order to identify it.

That template will now be available when you go to Customers or Leads, click the customer you want. Then click on Email. You will see a drop down of all your email templates you have created. Select the right one, make any adjustments you need, then click send.
