Hi Jack – I also sent you an email, but the easy way to have the main staff member receive the Tickets that come in is under Settings/Tickets/Ticket Settings and type that e-mail address under the field that says: “Send notifications of new tickets to this address”.

Of course, you also want to make sure that your ticket Pop/IMAP settings are correct and everything is in working order for the “reply by email” feature to work and so that replies via regular email get tracked in UCM.
