Don’t think there is a custom plugin yet for an overdue ticket pop up window – you might want to post that on the feature request. You can change the turn around time simply by changing the word “days” to “hours” for: Estimated time for a reply: within 1-{DAYS} days (leave the {DAYS} token) on the template ticket_container.

Then in the Settings/Language you can also change the word “days” to “hours”.

That should do it 🙂
