New feature is now available. Your staff members can have a different rate compared to the amount you charge the customer.
This different rate will show up as an expense linked to the job in the finance area. There is also a new Net Total showing the profit after staff expenses are taken out.

To enable this split rate feature please go to Settings > Upgrade and grab the latest version. Then go to your staff member account page and look for the Split Rate drop down, change it to yes.
Then assign this staff member to a job task and enter the rate.
