There is a new (and easier to use) staff member option in the latest update:
Simply go to the user/contact page (where you currently set the password/role) and you will see a new staff select box. Changing this to “Yes” will make this user appear in the staff drop down option.
The other two new options (splits and hourly rates) are a work in progress and don’t do anything just at the moment.
Please note that you will have to set the user permissions for the staff member so they can do things in the system. Simply changing ‘staff’ to ‘yes’ does not give them different user access.
