There are new permissions available which will make setting up staff/contractors easier:

These permissions will allow you to assign different tasks within a job to different staff members.

Those staff members will now only be able to see (and edit) their own tasks.

For more control, turn off “view” access for “Invoices” and staff will not be able to see any pricing information about the job.
