Overdue invoices are going out even though they are paid

Check with your hosting account, they may have recently done a website migration and left an old copy of your UCM installation running on an old  server or in another directory.

If this happens your clients will be getting a copy of overdue notices but you will not be seeing them listed in the "Email History" area of UCM. 

Contact your hosting provider and also check the cPanel CRON job settings to ensure the cron job is setup correctly and not running twice or not running in an old folder somewhere.
