PayPal error! Paid the wrong business name

I am getting an email with “PayPal error! Paid the wrong business name” when someone pays for their subscription. I don’t understand how to change the email it’s sent to because in the admin panel, my payment email is correct. Also there is no error when customers pay normal invoices, just subscriptions.
