You can email a Job to a Customer from within UCM. The email contains a special link the Customer can click, and then add comments to any Task in the Job. Great if you need feedback on quoted items or half completed Job Tasks.
To access the Job Discussion feature please click the link in the email (or click the “external customer link” from the job page) and then look for the little speech button next to tasks. The customer can click this button to leave comments or questions regarding a task.
Emails are sent to you when a discussion is started against a job, and you can click on the icon to reply to that discussion, your reply will be sent back to the customer via email.
